Hiveminds are present throughout the world, and are capable of growing Mynocks throughout the world to steal resources. Whilst the Mynocks themselves are easily dealt with by low-level turrets, the HiveMinds can provide a substantial challenge to your base.
You can force them to grow using Agitators, and there are Liquidfiers, Ablators and good-old-fashioned Explosives to deal with any overgrowth.
