Casting Basin component

The other half of the means to efficiently smelt Chromium and Molybdenum. Requires pipes connected to a Blast Furnace for liquid metals. Can be connected to up to 4 Blast furnaces at a time. Requires no power to function. Must be built in a 5x3x5.

Whilst this technically will work anywhere, for maximum efficiency, it should be placed in as cold an area as possible. A cooled room will not suffice.
